Returns

  • There are no returns based on the change of mind.

I live in (Massachusetts.) Why was I charged sales tax?

  • The shop is incorporated in Massachusetts. So we have to collect and pay tax for the state.

    If you are shipping internationally, be prepared for extra fees and delays.

    • Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. Most countries have different fees. Please be aware of your countries fees before buying an item(s) in the shop. 

    Why did my order have 2 or more shipping?

    • Stickers, art prints, and postcard prints are fulfilled by HEYEMILYDEE. Other products including tapestries, apparel, phone cases etc are fulfilled by a print on demand company. 

    My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

    • Please contact us immediately about lost or damaged items. If item(s) arrived damaged please email business@heyemilydee.com with photos and the order number to receive a new replacement.
